Enterprise is just the largest of the three levels of self-awareness. The business or company that owns and operates a business is an enterprise that has the ability to make money and is responsible for its own success. If a business fails, the enterprise owner takes the loss and then, like a good employee, is paid for it.
The business owner is an individual who is paid for the success of the enterprise. They have to look after the business, but they can’t afford any more of their own businesses. Therefore, they have to go back and deal with the business as much as possible.
I think it is only fair to point out that every company and enterprise is run by an individual, who has been paid a salary to get the job done and has to look after the business he/she has been hired to run. In general, each enterprise is run by its own independent CEO, who is in charge of the enterprise’s day to day operations and who is also responsible for the salary of the CEO.
The CEO is the man who runs the enterprise, who has to come up with the ideas that move the business forward, who can hire and fire employees, and who has to make the payroll. The CEO is in charge of the day to day operations of the enterprise, and is also responsible for the salary of the CEO.

If you’re in charge of your own company or a business, then you have to hire people and then create a new culture that values that culture. But what’s the point of hiring people? If you don’t have people to hire you can’t actually create a culture.
I have been told by several people that if you are in charge of your own company, then you should hire people to manage your company. Thats because you dont have enough people to manage. At least if you own the company, you make more money. But this is a terrible idea, and a sign of the times. We’re so busy we don’t actually have time to actually manage.
