This page will show you the three levels of self-awareness: one level is all about self-awareness, three levels are basically just self-awareness. How do you define self-awareness? The next level is the level of what we call self-awareness. It’s not necessarily the same as being aware of how you are acting or taking control of your life. But for some reason or another, we often have a lot of trouble with the third level. No matter how much we practice, we still find ourselves in situations where we’ve forgotten we are practicing. Maybe we’re talking to an old friend or maybe we’re talking to a friend we didn’t know we were talking to. Or maybe we’re just thinking about something that we have no control over.
And when we try to do something, it’s no good. It’s not that we don’t practice, it’s that we have no control over it. You can make mistakes without any control. It’s just it’s just that we’re too busy to bother. But when you practice, it’s not until you realize that you are still practicing that you should go for it.

It’s really easy to get caught up in the hype of new and improved things. But if you don’t control your own practice, then it’s hard to know when it will start to feel like a habit. That’s why I like the idea of having a “practice log” that you keep yourself where you can see how you did things in the past and how you can do things better and control your own practice.
