So before I dive into the topic of self-awareness, I want to address the topic of self-esteem. The point here is that people are afraid to admit to anyone they’re afraid of. This is a general statement because people are afraid to admit to themselves how they feel.
People have a tendency to deny their fears and their feelings. It’s like when you don’t let your dog walk in front of you in the grocery store. It’s a way to avoid saying what you really feel. Many people refuse to admit their feelings because they are afraid of being judged, criticized, or made the butt of the joke.
This is what often happens with people who struggle with self-esteem. This is a classic excuse. The problem is that the people who justify their insecurities fear that they themselves do not deserve to feel this way. This is why it’s so important to do whatever it takes to prove to yourself that you are worthy of feeling this way.

In the last few years I’ve been writing about life-altering events that have changed my life in major ways. I think that if you’re lucky, you will do something you’ve been taught to do and it will work. For example, I am lucky because I know I can do a million things to get through life. I can do the things I love and be happy. I can make people proud, and have friends. I can be in charge of my personal destiny, and I know I can succeed.
Our society is still stuck with the notion that you can’t do something because you’ve been told you can’t do it. We’ve been taught to think that we can’t do something because we’ve been told we can’t do it. We’ve been taught that it’s all about our will. It’s all about how we can get what we want out of life.
