We all know introverts are not very social people, and in fact, the ones that are social people are usually introverts. If you want to be truly social, you should try to make yourself feel comfortable in all of your interactions with others. You might think introverted means being more distant or withdrawn, but most introverts are actually not that introverted, because they are simply not comfortable interacting with others.
So how do you do that? Well, the most effective way is to make yourself feel comfortable with the things we all do, and that is simply to be yourself. If you are a shy person, I can’t think of a better way to help you feel comfortable than to just be yourself. If I am at a party, I can be a bit of a bozo with my conversation.
Here is a list of things you can do to get into the mood.

A good way to make yourself feel comfortable is to make a list of all the things you do. This will give you a feeling of being comfortable, and you will be more likely to start going to parties.
The list includes everything you can think of that are good things. You can think of what you’re doing right now as “being yourself, making friends, and not going to parties.” This will give you that feeling of being comfortable, and you will be more likely to start going to parties.
2. Make a list of things that you hate. This will make your list much shorter. Then, when you make your list of things to hate, you only have to do so once. You will hate the things that make you feel uncomfortable. You will hate the things that make you feel nervous, and you will hate the things that make you feel tired. Why are introversion games so popular? I’ll tell you why. It’s all about introversion. You can’t just go around thinking, “Oh it’s not I’m introvert.” You need to think, “Oh I’m not introvert.” You must be introvert. A person is basically introverted when they’re not able to see the world as a whole. They can’t see the whole world. They can’t feel the whole world.
This is important to keep in mind because if you feel like you’re not really an introvert, you’re likely an introvert. In other words, you are a person who feels the world is separate from you and that you need to feel the world as a whole. That can be a good thing (and introverts are very good at feeling the world as a whole), but it can be bad too, because it makes you feel less than you actually are.
You need to feel your world as a whole.
