I am a manager of a fine dining restaurant. When my employees come into the kitchen to eat, they tend to be very self-aware and aware of their surroundings. They are always ready to make a quick decision on how it will be carried out. They know that they will be working in a highly sensitive environment.
And yet, I also know that they tend to be very shy and reserved. Sometimes they are very self-aware, but so are all of us, and that’s why we need to be aware of them.
