What Hollywood Can Teach Us About fhn financial
I’ve never been very good at telling when I’m in a financial hole, and I’m not all the way back there yet, but I got a little taste of it this morning. After an early morning breakfast, I decided I needed a shower. I went home to get a coffee and then I hit the gym. For whatever reason, I decided to workout in the morning. I’m not going to lie, I felt a little weird.
If I got up at 5am at the gym, I would have to get up and get ready for bed. This morning I decided that I had no idea what the gym would do, so I decided to go to bed. When I got back to the gym, I decided that I had to go to bed. That’s when I decided to get up on my hands and knees and go to bed.
I can’t tell you how many times I do this. It is so normal to wake up before 10am and go to bed around 10pm. In fact, most of my waking hours are spent in bed. It just feels right and I have no idea why.
A lot of people think that exercise is the best way to “get fit,” but there is a lot of evidence that suggests otherwise. Exercise has been found to be a powerful stress reducer, and a good way to make you sleep better. Another study found that exercise reduces your chances of having a heart attack by as much as 90%. And a 2012 study found that exercise can even improve your sex life. Plus, if you’re going to exercise, you’re also probably going to eat better.
Exercise is one of the many ways to get fit. Because it involves the body, the mind, and the mind’s body…all of which may mean that exercise is beneficial.
