activity ratio Poll of the Day
Why, you ask, do we need an activity ratio? Well, I’ve been told by one of my professors that if I had a choice between a diet and a workout regimen, I’d choose the workout regimen.
Okay, so what is an activity ratio? It’s the number of hours of exercise a person can put into a single day. If you have a 60 hour work week, like I do, you can train for up to 60 hours in a 28 day period. If you have a 40 hour work week, you can train for up to 40 hours in a 28 day period. However, if your work week is only 28 hours long, you can train for only 12 hours a day.
So the average person gets less exercise than most people. In many cases their exercise regime is based on the amount of food they eat or the number of calories they burn. There are a lot of people out there who eat a lot of carbs, work out very few hours a day, and still go to the gym. They are a very small minority; the average person does more exercise on an average day than most of us do in a year.
This is another example of us being people whose lives are so far from our normal that we’ve become slaves to our normal. We have to eat a lot more to be fit, and we don’t burn a lot of calories to do it. We have to exercise in order to be fit, and we don’t eat the right amount of calories to do it.
We are slaves to our normal. We are people who are so far from our normal that we try to fit in more than ever they fit in. This is the result of our society’s obsession with self-improvement. We can all think we are making our lives easier, but in reality we are making them more complicated.
I have been a slave to my normal for a long time. I’ve tried to fit in more activities and to burn less calories, but that just makes me feel worse. Even though I’m already doing more than ever I feel like I’m still not making the most of the time I have. It’s almost like I’m a slave to my normal.
One of the most interesting things about the human brain is its ability to adapt to changing circumstances. What is a person’s routine or normal in the moment may not be normal when he/she goes back in time to another day. The best way to deal with our constant changes is to not make them. We can only go so far. We have to be aware of our habits, routines, and impulses and then change.
I think the problem is that the changes we need to make are not always easy to notice. This problem becomes more serious when we are forced to make them in order to survive, but they can be hard to notice because they are so natural. For example, a change in routine doesn’t seem to be a big deal until you are forced to make it.
When we have to make such changes all the time, we have to take some time to notice them, and we have to be aware of all the changes that are going on at the same time. In my work, I am forced to work on several projects all at once. I can only afford to be aware of several things at once, so I need to take a break from one project to another.
This is exactly how it often feels to be in a time crunch, and the only way I can deal with it is to force myself to take a break from work, even if it is just a few minutes. It’s a little like that scene in The Matrix when Neo is forced to take a break from building a new base to visit his mother. The whole scene feels very much like a time crunch. But instead of feeling overwhelmed, it seems we are experiencing a paradox.
